I get a lot of free ebooks at feedbooks.com they also have kindle format

There is a Kindle forum that lists both free and deeply discounted books, and great reviews as well.

I posted this for the content of the book, Bullying, incase anyone was interested. And remember you need not have a kindle there are apps for smartphones and computers as well.
