Hi all,

Thanks for all the expert guidance offered in this forum. I've read through hundreds of pages and postings and your thoughts are much appreciated! We're in the process of choosing a PB for a new pool build in Tampa, FL. Would you mind checking out the following specs and offering suggestions or advice? We love clean lines and tend toward modern design. The size & shape of the pool is being somewhat dictated by city regulations concerning power lines and other utility setbacks. Thanks in advance.

80' perimeter

3.5 - 5.5 deep

2 deck jets

3 steps all the way across

Swim out in deep end (code)

Approx 510 sq. ft. of brick paver decking, brick coping

Shotcrete, shell shot 8 inches thick

Dual main drains, one skimmer, one dedicated vac line, 3 returns in walls

Premix Marbletite Freestone pebble finish in dark color such as San Paulo or Tropical Blue

Standard 6 x 6 waterline tile

Equipment:

Leaning toward builder who uses Pentair (the other uses Jandy)

Pentair Intelliflo VS pump

Pentair Clean & Clear Cartridge Filter (do I need to upgrade to Clean & Clear Plus with the Intelliflo VS?)

Pentair Intellichlor Salt Chlorinator

Pentair LED light

Intermatic Electrical Panel

Jandy never lube valves
