Need quick advice on where to plant tree!

I just got back from Lowe's and getting us all something to eat. I bought a bunch of trees for the front house, a Yoshino cherry to replace the Bradford Pear that broke in the ice storm, a Bonfire Patio Peach to put near the big window in front of the livingroom (they only grow 5 foot tall), and 2 Dwarf Alberta Spruces, which grows from 5-6 foot according to the tag and Lowe's advertistment. They're going sorta in place of two Colorado Blue Spruces near the bedroom windows. I've already planted a dwarf holly on the corner where one of the spruces used to be, not really sure where to put the other one or to move the holly to the side of the house.

Anyway, I wanted to know what you thought of putting the Yoshino Cherry right back where the old Pear used to be or should I move it more to the center of the house? The tree eventually gets up to 40 foot tall according to the tag.
