Waterproofing wood porch floor??

I am building my own house. I planned to have a 14' x 47' sunroom on the back. It's all framed up with interior grade lumber except for the joist band, which is treated. I decided I want to make 16' of that sunroom into a screened porch, which will be subject to the elements (rain, etc). I am going to change the walls to treated lumber but I need to figure out a way to coat the 3/4" T&G OSB flooring so that it will be waterproof. Any suggestions? I am open to any ideas except for ripping out the floor and joists and replacing them. Because of the load-bearing wall and roof structure, that is just not an option. thanks!!
