Vinyl Pool Quote - NJ - need opinions

We just got an inground vinyl pool quote and would love some feedback - some of the prices for add ons seem very high - can anyone comment on areas that seem high to help us negotiate? Also they did not mention skimmers, filling the pool.

20X40 Pool with x braces and concrete collar, custom cut 28 mil liner, cartridge filter system , Jandy Halogen color light- freeform shape - $22,699 PLUS:

Gas Hookup $895, (electrical work is included)

Jandy LX Gas Heater $2600

Steel with vinyl entry steps (included) BUT if we do 10X10 tanning shelf steel steps with vinyl over upgrade cost is $4795 (we want this)

Cantilever charge (if concrete is cantilevered) $1500

Stamped concrete coping 12 inches wide $1860 (186 linear ft)

Charge to Tint concrete (3 ft perimeter around pool) $583

MDX Vortex Entrapment system (included)

Vanquish Built in-floor cleaning system $5500

Deep End Swim out steel with vinyl over $3000

Love Seat with steel with vinyl over, foam padding and 2 jets $1500

Spill Over Spa $5000 (we could live without this as we want to put one closer to our house on the deck eventually)

Additional 407 sq ft of concrete area (tinted) adjacent to pool $2950

$300 plumbing for future waterfall

200 linear ft of Jerrith fencing and 1 magna latch gate (aluminum fence) $5700

Super Mesh Pool Covers

Main Pool - $2900

Love Seat Cover $250

Spa Cover $600

Swimout Cover $400

Drilling Fee for covers $600

2 ft retainging wall 71 linear ft $6532

Our budget for a vinyl pool (not including fencing, retaining wall) was approx $35,000 + - we could lose the spa and deep end swimout - want the tanning shelf and loveseat and plumbing for future waterfall.

Any thoughts or advice?? Is our budget not realistic? Also, they do not need to haul away the dirt from the dig - they will use it to backfill (and we have an area where any excess can be put)
