Radon in water

We had our water tested for Radon and found that we are a little over the proposed EPA limit of 300. We have 390. It was recommended that we put a granular activated carbon filter in line. We have a sediment filter and an acid neutralizer. I was wondering what order we should have these in.

Also, I read that some of you are against whole house GAC filters for chlorine removal but was wondering how you felt about them for Radon removal. We plan to change the filter every one to two months.

Is there any specific type of GAC filter/unit we should be looking for?

Thanks!
