I am actually going to start another thread shortly and beg for help. I have spent days and days - to no avail. Those that fit the bill are extremely expensive and I don't want to pay $1K for a faucet. Minta was said to be the top "designer's pick" in an article I read somewhere. But I want the L-shaped one and it is not available in the US, I think. I want a touch-less faucet but worried about the plastic hose in Kohler Sensate. FWC has nice faucets but the one I want is $735 and the photo element is EXTRA. I like Handgrohe Talis S. Have you looked at it? It comes in several different shapes.

Thank you! My plumber also mentioned the tubular socket. (He can't come until tomorrow afternoon, which gives me a little more time to mess with this.) The nut is probably 1.5 - 1.75" diameter so I am not sure the sockets will fit around it, but I might go have a look at them and see. In the meantime, I have soaked it with more WD-40 and was able to unscrew it a little farther with my fingers (just enough to give false hope, probably, ha). So other than the fume headache I am getting from the WD-40, no harm done in me keeping on until the plumber arrives tomorrow. I'll try needle-nosed pliers too. The bigger wrenches won't fit in the tight space.

Today when I turned on my kitchen faucet (9 year old Lady Lux Cafe), the water began pouring out under the cabinet. Now it doesn’t pour out, but is still leaking. How can we determine the source of the leak? We think it may be either the cartridge or the hose, but can’t figure out which. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What brand/color did you find to match? I was just coming on here to ask the same question - I have the Kraus Bolden faucet in brushed brass. Need both cabinet pulls and knobs. I am also hoping to find a near exact match. (we chose it to match the fireplace, chandalier and other furniture hardware in nearby areas)
