Which shade of white paint from Home Depot to sell my apartment?

I posted this in the Paint forum, but saw in another thread that this forum may be better for my question:

I am getting ready to sell my condo and need to choose a white paint (Behr, Glidden) from Home Depot for my walls and trim (baseboards, stair stringers & metal window frames). My apartment is a "cookie-cutter" 1980s unit (no interesting detail, such as molding) with north-facing windows and a cool-hued interior decor (gray / blue / blue-green). The walls and trim do not need to be the same shade of white. I am familiar with Benjamin Moore colors, but my painter suggested I go with Home Depot to save money since the buyer will likely repaint the walls anyway. Can anyone suggest some white shades from Home Depot that would work well for my apartment?

Also, I just saw in another thread a question about ceiling color. I thought there was just one shade of white everyone used for their ceilings! Dumb me. In that case, I'd love suggestions for not just my walls & trim, but the ceilings, too!
