Funny you should ask......I bought the most incredible product EVAH (as we say in Boston) it is called ASTONISH.
It is a cleaner for your oven and cookware,such things as the glass in your oven door and the door itself, bathtubs, patio furniture made of PVC etc. stove tops..
I have self cleaning oven but it does nothing for the oven door. This product is absolutely amazing.
Non toxic, no smell, no heating oven first. Go on Amazon and read the reviews... I am Astonished at all it does. Try it, you'll love it.

I just purchased some new Crocs "Carlie Mary Jane" The are adorable and very girlie & comfy. But.... I have a wide foot and corns so I could not wear them since they are only a Medium width. I do recommend them if you have a normal foot. They are extremely cute and don't look like a croc. You can wear these to church.

I forgot to mention....I got these at Zappos. They have free shipping & returns, you get your shoes within 3-5 days. Great service all the time.

We like Zappos too. Daughter wears such a small size that she cannot find shoes in the stores, so she uses Zappos all the time.

New use for Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. Following a hint I read on the cleaning forum, I scrubbed my old glass shower doors with a MCME moistened with liquid Dawn dish washing detergent using no water. Could not believe the great job it did. I have bought every kind of cleaner in recent years and nothing worked.

I've been telling all my friends about the product that I've linked below. (I don't have any connection with the company.) I tried the product last year and fell in love. I use the lemon to season freshly blanched or steamed vegetables instead of salt and on fish and chicken before I grill them. I use the orange to give my water a little kick. There are no additives in the product so it works for those who are vegan, gluten-intolerant, etc.

Another shout-out for Mr. Clean Magic Erasers. This product is unbelievable. In 1995 we reno-ed our kitchen and installed what to my taste are beautiful ceramic tile counters. I thought I understood about the grout problem. Not! Over the years, no matter what I tried, the grout got darker and darker. About to give up. Then discovered MCME - perhaps here? Suddenly my counters look new! It took a bit of elbow grease but not much, just a bit of care and patience. Gentle swipes with them are also magic around doorknobs and other painted surfaces.

Thanks for the True Lemon link. I used to look for it about a year ago, but finally gave up. Now it tells me where it is in the store I will get it from.

My testimony is for the Perfect Meatloaf pan. It does what it says. Got it in a kitchen store. Only problem is there are no handles on the pan part, only on the insert. Makes it difficult to manage lifting when it's hot.

I'm going to try that dishwasher product, Azzalea. I've had that exact same problem using Finish. How can a liquid product leave a powdery residue on dishes??? I've
been blaming my dishwasher. What are "packs?" Is it a liquid or a powder? I'm even using the rinse aid which I don't like to use.

I got a product I like from Bed, Bath & Beyond but I cannot find it on their website even though they have it in the stores. Here's a link to it on another website. These work sooo much better than sponges in the kitchen. They actually pick up stuff rather than push it around on the counter. The scratchy side works well to pre-wash those dishes which my dishwasher does not wash well (lol). Also, they are easy to sterilize in the microwave. I put them in for up to 1 minute.

Socks--the box says Great Value dishwasher Powder Pacs (their spelling, not mine). It's a square plastic container with a green lid, and the 'pacs' look like a bit of powder encased in a plastic pod. One caution--the plastic coating the powder melts immediately upon contacting water, so you have to make sure your hands are dry when you pick them up to put in the DW. But I've been really pleased with the results.

Socks--the residue is produced because dw soap can no longer have any phosphates in it. I thought something happened to my dw too and went on a quest figure it out. The woman I spoke to at Miele didn't tell me what the problem is--that is disappointing. But I googled and found lots of people who are very unhappy with dishwashing performance now. I now use Finish (I really don't want the rinse agent, but, oh well,) with Lemishine (sold near the dw detergent,) which is basically citric acid. No more problems.

I use a dishwasher cleaner as well as a washing machine cleaner. We've been here going on 7 years, my washer was a couple of years old when we moved (Kenmore HE front loader) and I noticed an odor even though I left the door ajar and used vinegar in the rinse sometimes. Both Tide cleaner and a product called Afresh tablets work well. I like Finish for my dishwasher rather than Cascade detergent.
I also like the Floormate floor scrubber for my tile floors.

I've used the True Lemon packets, too, but now I mostly buy True Lime (to add to ice water at work or home).
I'd advise you to pass on the True Orange, tho. The taste is blah.

(Stores near me used to keep this in the aisle with Crystal Light; now it's in the baking department, for anyone roaming the aisles for it!)

Thanks everyone for all the good info. I wondered if it was phosphates which have been restricted causing the film on the dishes. Well, I say if it's better for our Earth, then I'll figure a way to get my dishes clean.

My thumbs up goes to the amazing new vacuum cleaner I bought, I did major research prior to a purchase, so many glowing reviews on this one won me over. And I have to agree this thing is great.
Shark Navigator Pro, and it comes with an additional head just for tile and wood floors.
It has a lift away feature so you can carry it up stairs or easily carry it around to clean high areas or hard to reach.
We are absolutely in love with it, I was quite surprised to see so many reviews by former Dyson owners that now use this one.

OK here's one. Not don't LOL. Hooter's footless panty hose. I have to wear a hula skirt for an event this weekend and no way was I going "naked" underneath. I didn't really want to do leggings so went to look at footless tights and hosiery.

Turns out the ones the Hooters Girls wear got raves. So I ordered a pair in Hooter's Tan. They are actually made by the Peavey Hose company but they are best known for being part of the Hooter's uniform.

Let me tell ya......they are sheer but opaque enough to hide the road map of veins and the compression is comfy but smooths ALL the lumps and bumps including cellulite. Easily takes off 10 pounds.

So from now on those hose are my number one choice for costuming.

The price for the Shark Multi-Vac Pro is reduced to $58.79 on Amazon. Great price, wish I could justify buying another vacuum cleaner.

My favorite product for housework is Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner. I use it as a carpet cleaner (test in an inconspicuous place first) and as a spot cleaner for laundry as well as kitchen and bathroom cleaner. I have a can of the stuff in nearly every room.

Another great pet hair remover is one put out by Pledge....cheap and reusable, althugh it is advertised as being disposable. Another great product is Dawn's Power Dissolver. It removes burned spots on pans, and I cleaned my oven with it and was very pleased. Read the back of the label first, though....I didn't and used it on the range hood, which is now rather sticky!

for members of sam's club....the gallon bottle of carpet cleaner...cheap and effective!

jodi I have never seen that particular Shark it is not the one I got so I have no idea about reviews on it. From amazon this is the one I got.

I got mine at walmart for $189 but you can get it at Bed Bath and Beyond and use a 20% off coupon which is what I had planned to do but I was at walmart and there it was and I could not resist it, On QVC you get a couple of extra things with it but you do have shipping costs.

My cleaning lady has gone nuts over mine, she said she wants to sneak it out with her LOL Since she comes in with nothing in her hands I think I would notice that!!

Another fave of ours here at my house is Spot Shot spot remover for carpets, the stuff is simply amazing period. It takes anything out well anything we have tried it on and that has been several things including blood, dog oppsies, and my husbands spilled coffee. I use the one in the spray can to me it works better than the same brand in the pump bottle.

The reviews on the one I posted often mentioned how difficult it was to assemble and change to other uses. I figured you just must be a vacuum cleaner savant having not complained about the hassle. :-)

Hahaha no I can assure you I am no kind of savant, and definitely not a vacuum cleaner one. My husband how ever for some reason really likes to vacuum, I can not complain!!

Now if I am allowed to give a review on a food item, I have one! I love the Pepperidge Farms Baked Naturals cracker chips the simply potato is my favorite but every type of them are great and they do have multi grain. I have to force myself to stop eating them, they are addictive I tell you! The bags are small and yes I have gone into a flavor trance and eaten a whole bag! Now I have to be disciplined and put some in a bowl and hide the bag! Lol
Seriously they are a crunchy delight.

Interesting... they threw a hissy fit over my post and not even a Walmart supporter! LOL No idea what they didn't like in the string. Oh well, try it again. The Dawn Power Dissolver works. Had a Corning top stove that was a b!tch and a half to clean but that stuff did quite a job on it, especially coupled with a Magic Eraser.

My latest find that is quite a surprise that I like it is the Tide Pods. I tried the Stain Release packets and liked them and got some samples of the Pods. I'm impressed. I didn't expect to like them, especially since they aren't out in a stench-free version yet but the smell isn't overpowering at all. Hardly a scent remains in the clothes and that's quite a surprise and again, a pleasant surprise. I know others who've tried the Stain Release and really like them and lately I've had dirtier-than-normal clothes but they're coming out clean and virtually stench-free. Got a deal on more of them and since they work so well (after all, they *are* Tide) I bought some even though I have plenty of detergent. They're so darn convenient. Measuring out detergent isn't that big a deal, but especially doing several loads, it's more standing and I appreciate the convenience, especially for the price. And they work, I'm really pleasantly surprised, since like I said, I didn't expect to like them. I can get some free Arm & Hammer packets but not sure I want to. I was unhappy with their detergent overall and presumably they haven't changed the detergent so I think I'll stick with the product that works.
