Gas Pipe Sizing?

Currently relocating kitchen to extension. We already have natural gas with a 3/4" black iron meter. Range is approx. 30' of pipe from meter. Hot water heater approx.40' of pipe from meter in the opposite direction. The (planned) new range will be 68500btu/hr. Current water heater is 40000btu/hr. Since I need to reroute the 3/4" pipe to feed the range, I would also like to do the same for the water heater. In doing so beginning to think about oil to gas furnace conversion(in future). The furnace is next to water heater and quick online charts put us between 105-120000btu/hr. So I would have 69cfh in one direction and most likely 160cfh in the other.

My question is: If 3/4" pipe can handle 171cfh @40' and since the range is on one end and heater/furnace on other do/should I need include both in my math or since the meter tee's off just run 3/4" in both directions? And upgrade meter when I convert?
