There are many considerations: Cold hardiness is important because many modern roses die back to the ground in PA. Starting over from the ground each year works for a bush, but the whole effect of a climber is lost if it only recovers to four or five feet. William Baffin is a good example of a rose bred to survive the cold. I believe New Dawn is another tough climber. Remember, just because your local nursery sells a rose does not mean it is hardy locally. Disease resistance is also critical. PA is home to many fungal diseases which can ruin the appearance of your rose. It is harder to spray an 8' high rose. Rebloom may be important to you. Many of the tough climbers do not. Some produce a few later blooms. Fragrance is rare in hardy climbers. Very few climbers meet all of these criterion. I have successfully grown Westerland. It thrives here just south of Allentown. It may suffer winter dieback in the coldest areas of PA. It is only "somewhat" resistant to black spot and requires 3-5 fungicide applications per season. Westerland repeats well and is fragrant. I suggest you log onto the Rose Forum and ask the experts. Westerland

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials. And how smart you are making this inquiry! You can't go wrong with All-Clad, but it's very pricey. IMHO, it's not worth the money. You can't go wrong with the private brands from either Costco or Sam's Club. My Sam's club set is tri-ply and does a beautiful job with whatever I'm cooking. The Costco set has a 5-ply bottome, but it doesn't go up the sides. Regardless, it has wonderful reviews. Go see the sets for yourself, paying particular attention to the weight and balance of the pans. Check out the prices for Le Creuset on Amazon. I have the 5- and 7 1/2 quart round Dutch ovens. (If I were to purchase them now, I would opt for the oval shape. It's more versatile.) Keep the heat down on the stove top and they'll serve you well for the rest of your life.

Sure, no problem. In the original order I gave them Maidenhair fern, Royal fern and Cinnamon fern. Then the one that spreads is the Ostrich fern. A great way to maneuver here is to highlight the name of the plant given by holding down on your mouse on the left click until the name is highlighted then let go of the mouse - then right click with your mouse. A box with options will show up. Select "search google for (let's use the example) Adiantum pedatum". Click on that and it will take you directly to that search. Try it - it is such a time saver. I hope I explained that properly. I am very technically challenged so if I can do it ...Let me know. I usually give the Latin name to avoid confusion with common names.

There is a HUGE difference between closed and distance learning mode. Here in MN we are distance learning..and will continue until the end of the school year which for us is on average early June. On the one hand I envy the 12 States that just cancelled the school year. It is soooo much more work to PULL students to do the work --from a distance. My parents are overwhelmed by the technology and the daily forcing of discipline to do the school work they have to do with their kids each day. They were not in the habit of enforcing any expectation on their teens and this is a brave new world for them. Our teachers were told to water down their curriculum to the bare minimum..half hour per subject each day. Students are home, babysitting, perhaps with one shared device among 2 or more students... BUT even though my students balk they are also bored and this gives them something to focus on, a reason to not game 24/7 staying up all night..boredom is the enemy. The irony is the learning is watered down and then students to the minimum but the effort by the adults to get them to the end is double or more than teaching ever was.
