Moving main pipe in basement

My basement is not finished and the reason is because of the plumbing mess. I am hoping someone can give me an idea of what I am proposing is going to be super expensive. Heck, if you can see a better way for me to do this. I'm all ears. I have no idea what is involved with ripping the floor up and moving pipes. I will have to have a plumber come for sure, but I am hoping to do a lot of the crap work myself to save $$. I just don't want to start planning if it's not a feasible plan or really expensive.

http://www.livenudedogs.com/plumbing/ has some pictures explaining what I'm looking to do.

The least I have to do is move the clean out valve and possibly pipe '3' closer to pole 'B' since it's about 2' away. That still will not fix the low hanging pipe (2) which is the biggest problem.

Please help.
