I've taken the Den keiki out of the baggie, placed it into a small clay pot with some bark, and left a couple of strands of moss loosely bunched at the root area... I've got the clay pot set in a clay saucer, and under that is a plastic saucer with a little water in it. The whole thing is sitting on a heating pad under grow lights. I hope this covers the light, warmth, and a bit of humidity. I'll watch it closely, and add water as needed. I really wish our greenhouse was up and operational right now... it will be a while before growth appears on the Coelogyne without that advantage! Everyone is seeing new growth on theirs already... everyone except me! The pbulb is quite wrinkled, but it's still green and the leaves are both still hanging in there! No sign of new growth yet, but I don't have the advantage that a greenhouse gives. I must say... this is all so exciting and suspenseful! Regardless of the outcome, I look at this as a wonderful opportunity to learn, and to hone my skill at growing! Now I'm wondering if I should do anything different with the Coelogyne? Should I move it into more light? Dare I put it into a clay pot with bark? Or am I just freaking out?!

Hi all I am finished filling I starting putting in the bonus packs as I tape them up and put the postage on I didn't realize how long it takes to get 30 envelopes ready to be mailed the ones who sent delivery confirmation have to go to the post office so that will have to wait till Monday I am going to take them all there to be mailed I have a mailbox on my corner but temperatures are going below 0 I was afraid to just drop them in my luck the mailman wouldn't have picked them up BRRRRR poor seeds. I put the extras in little ziplocs I sent the extras packs I wouldn't use also in with the bonus seeds. I think you all will be pleased I wish all of the seeds I send could have been from your want lists but we had to eat the seeds sent for the 3 girls who didn't send and most of those were pretty common seeds I tried to give you the seeds you didn't ask for as close to your wants as possible. I can't post until late Monday because I have class but I will .THANKS GIRLS Patty

We're about two weeks away from putting my mother's townhouse on the market. It's in Mercer County, NJ, and the market seems tough but not dead. The timing is terrible, but she needs to move to her retirement community immediately. She recently totalled her car and has decided not to drive anymore. My siblings and I are busy purging, packing, painting and staging. There are several comps in her neighborhood priced in the $260k range. She's planning to list at $240k and will go down to $225k. Her neighbors will hate her, but she wants a quick sale. So far she's interviewed two real estate agents. The first one we met called a few days later and offered to cut his commission to 5%. I hope this is over quickly. I'm pretty sure you posted a while ago that you were going to list it.... Now, I don't know why, but I went to realtor.com, put in the specifics (3 bed / 2 bath, price $225-$250) in your mom's zip (08628) and came up empty. For some reason it is not being picked up on realtor.com & you need to find out why. I ended up putting the address into google, came up with a listing on Trulia, then there's a button that says see more photos & details, when clicked it brings me to the KW page where I can get the MLS #. Going back to realtor.com I am able to find it using the MLS. I checked the listing out at my agents site.. see there are 12 pictures. I'll try to look at it more later but I think I like the stove pic better then the kitchen pic they are using. Good luck, you don't seem to have much competition, which is good.

The description was something I worked on one morning and am now at the point where I'm stuck and can't figure out wording to change it. I have to be in the mood to sit and type something out, which is why I posted it, hoping someone would take it on. I never thought of the man / crawl space / boat thing, but will keep it in mind if I do get the chance to rewrite. With school in it's last few days & graduation I'm not sure I will have time. I also had something else fall in my lap that needs my attention more. The features I included are things that need to be spelled out (except the name of the pavers) because, being surrounded by lakes, most houses don't have boat parking. It's common to see boats on the front lawn :( - also being close to the lakes, many houses do not have basements; so the space where the water heater, softener and what ever else is down there is, is a major plus. If anyone's ever worked on a house with only a crawl that has outside access, it's the pits, especially in the winter when you have to dig it out to access the stuff. I agree about a larger green plant and have been shopping for one since February but have been unable to find them. Until this morning I never thought to look at Depot. I'm not a member of Costco any more; BJ's doesn't have it. I've been to every major store. The living room has more stuff in storage that we are debating bringing back. It will take a few hours to dig it out. The right corner actually has my vac which is covered with a doll I made. I grabbed the potted rose from the dining room for the pic. The 3 silk plants were purchased locally the day the realtor came to take the pics because it needed something & living where I do, we don't have many stores. Walmart is 30 minutes away. The realtor doesn't have the office pic up, I hoped she would but chose other shots instead. The master wasn't ready when she came and I haven't had time to get back there to take pics. Our realtor doesn't like to post bathroom or bedroom pics, something about personal spaces, but we'll try to get a master shot in. I live in the pines. A day of shopping means leaving at 8 and coming back at 3. I've done more trips then my body can stand. I will be going out today to do returns, not sure my back can handle looking for more props. Tricia, the fridge is not in the picture. In the pic, you see the built in freezer; the fridge in to the left of that. If we were staying, I would redo the cabinets, putting a pantry type one where the cookbook shelf is. The trash usually sits there, I took it out for the pic. I haven't posted the realtor.com link. IMO the pics were too low resolution and look grainy. I have to sift through the shots I have and send the originals to the realtor. She may end up posting the pics she took. She was having computer issues which is why she used mine. I'm so anal after reading here, I took my own shots just in case I didn't like the ones that were taken. Since mine were edited 1st, she went with it.
