Cookies with white chocolate melting discs?

I bought some white chocolate melting discs and now canÂt remember what for. I got them at a bulk food store, having been frustrated too many times recently by bagged white chips that do not melt. It seems like many brands are made to hold their shape while melted, which defeats the idea of drizzling them on anything. Double boiler or microwave, nothing seems to work. At least melting discs are MADE to melt. (Rant over!)

Anyone have some good cookie recipes that would use these?
