Comments (4)adding to lower cost cabs always ends up costing as much or more then "nicer" cabinets that are higher priced but include everything to begin with. I would suggest going with the Omega. I have been to the Omega plant several times here in Iowa, as well as seen many showrooms filled with all brands from Omega, KM, birtch, etc. Omega, even the Dynasty, is definately a high end, very nice cabinet. Pricey, but a great, long lasting cabinet with a great warranty and service to back it up....See MoreHolidayKitchen Cabinets vs Dynasty/Omega
Comments (6)Buehl this was a thread on Houzz not on GW. I have found a smattering of comments about Medallion and Holiday finish problems as well but the Dynasty thread had a couple of people comment about finish. How can this happen? Wouldn't the finish process in these big manufacturers be automized for consistency. I understand stuff damaged during shipping but how can the finish have a few that fail?...See MoreOvation Cabinetry vs Omega Dynasty??????
Comments (1)I have Ovation, but not their high-end line. Mine is On-U. It is a fine quality, but not what I would call premium. I have frameless full overlay with white shaker-style doors, and the cabinets are holding up well so far. The drawers are dove-tailed maple; the cabinets are pressed wood, I think. (We decided not to go for the upcharge to get plywood boxes.) Don't know how these compare to Ovation's high-end line or to Omega Dynasty. Sorry I'm not able to offer more help :-)...See Morejoaniepoanie
