It was a grand brunch, thanks to . . .

. . . lisacdm for posting woodie's Creme Brulee French Toast & to duocanoe for your Potato Florentine Strata! They were wonderful. That strata looked pretty, too, with the green spinach & red tomatoes.

We had 14 yesterday for brunch & it was all great. The menu included Pioneer Woman's French Breakfast Puffs, which are glorified muffins. I made mini-muffins & served them as appetizers with OJ, Champagne & sparkling juices. Then we sat down to the strata & the French toast, chicken sausages & Canadian bacon, sour cream coffeecake, raspberry coffee cake, & fresh fruit (cantaloupe, watermelon, kiwi, red grapes & pineapple).

Thanks so much to you all for your generosity in sharing recipes & your comments & recommendations. Though I hadn't made these recipes before I had perfect confidence because I knew your thoughts on them.

On to mustangs' German Stuffed Toast. . . Our friends will be renamed the RolyPolys.
