Nita those azaleas are fabulous! ours are pretty much done by now. I have the forever type that are supposed to continue to bloom and I do have a few blooms but that display is just beautiful.
I miss the dogwood trees we had so pretty.

I haven't posted here lately because I've been dealing with Duplex that we bought not too long ago. One of the renters moved out, and we started fixing it up to re-rent, and decided to replace the vinyl sheet flooring. However upon pulling it up we discovered that the plumbing had been leaking for some time, and the floor and the sub-floor were de-laminated and needed to be removed.

Bob.....the joys of ownership! :0) Ya need to pull that toilet out. Wax rings are under $5 and easy to set....ask me how I know that....:0)

I have one of those! BEFORE of the bathroom. It's actually the middle of the kitchen floor. About 2007 or so.

Of course, now the house is finished. It's also been flooded, foreclosed on, bankrupted, and then sold by the bank. Now I am glad not to be cleaning up messes like that! Ah, to have someone else to do the lawn mowing, that's good thing. I'm almost ready to home own again. And that'll be a good thing too.
