Identity theft - Worse than we thought (w/culprits' photos)

I know this type of stuff increases at holiday times and especially with the travesty the economy has been suffering for so many years now but you have to wonder about parents that raise their young'uns to scheme like this. Give them credit for ingenuity, but really, doesn't there come a time to hold them responsible for their actions?

Nobody is invulnerable it seems. And sometimes the innocent ones are the ones to look out for.

So have a safe and identity theft free Easter holiday everyone. Don't let them do it to you!

Oh, BTW, be on the lookout for any of these. Just goes to show, you can't trust anyone anymore

Hi scottspond, some how didn't think she would, Florida vs Manchester, no contest really ;-) The area I live in is New Mills, in High Peak in Derbyhsire. If it doesn't ring a bell, it's just past Lyme park, Buxton is about 2 miles away, Stockport 9 miles and Manchester 20 miles (all via road) Handily the railway station is about 5 mins away from my home, so trips to Manchester are pleasent through the countyside and don't require I use the car ;-) And in summer I get to hop on the odd steam trian, every boys dream. My Mancunian mates reckon I've gone "all posh" living here, as I was born and grew up in Fallowfield and went to school in Rusholme. Regards ChrisC.

Thanks so much for the replies. I had replied yesterday in detail, but I guess I closed the browser while it was still in preview mode as the post is not here today. The pot is 7.5 gallons, but you can't see that from the angle of the photo. The plant is a Homestead that is 16 inches tall. Days are high 70's to mid 80's with nights in the high 60's. The plant has no business being stressed under the current conditions. July is hell here. April is nice. The watering has been fine. Not too soggy, but not too dry. I can't see how environmental stress will only affect half of the plant. Notice in the pictures that on one side of the branch the leaves hold their shape when lifted by the stick, but the leaves on the opposite side fold over limply. My first year gardening turned to disaster due to nasties in ground. I had six awesome plants growing over six feet tall and one by one they dropped. Healthy one day then two days later limp from top to bottom. I'll find out if this is it as this plant won't make it if it is the same thing. I don't want to keep it around if this is the case, but I want to at least let it stay around to verify that it is indeed a terminal problem. 2003... About two weeks later.... *sigh* mule That cut stem victim is doing great as of right now. It is well behind its brothers and sisters, but it looks healthy as can be. I can't believe it! its_kristy That is the best candidate yet. I have a hard time finding pictues of it in its early stages, so I'm not sure. Thanks again.

Thanks Shaddy. I personally use a Rolodex for all the passwords. Spinning wheel, easier to replace a card then scribbling out in a notebook which I have done in the past. I keep my passwords and my husbands on it because he keeps changing them as he forgets the old ones. You know the 'forgot your password?' Worse thing they ever offered. He keeps doing that and doesn't write it down. Like many of us, you think you'll remember. I think what he did when he turned on the Win8 computer was put hotmail address because the computer said he couldn't use it without one. At least that's what he remembers. He states he never put a password for log on. I'm not sure but he has never had a log-on password but the Start-Up screen might have confused him. I can use it but have to log on this hotmail address to get in. I can't find a way to change the log on to my name nor get rid of the hotmail address. I did turn him off as administrator and put myself, but only his log-on appears when you turn the machine on. I'll figure it out eventually when I stop using my XP machine. I just don't have the energy for this anymore. Its so tiring and time consuming to hunt around for answers or where Microsoft decided to move everything and change the names. I thought the easiest thing would be to wipe it all out by reinstalling Windows until I realized it never came with disks. How dumb! Anyway, us older folks keep plugging away best we can. I don't feel like spending the money on a tech, at this point. You and Emma are doing better than me. I haven't even gotten to Win 10 yet! Got to get past Win 8 first. Good luck to all, Jane

Photos tell story about a house. Very likely your house is not like that yet your photos loudly convey this property is suffocating, cluttered, lacking of regular maintenance and needs tons of work. Average buyers tend not want to be bothered seeing a dreary property if there are others available. Savvy buyers will treat it as an opportunity to get a bargain as these photos say the seller does not have professional acumen. In essence, FSBO is the owner does the job a realtor usually performs in order to earn the commission. Without realtors' professional knowledge, experience, network and supporting infrastructures, the owner has to work a lot harder to compete with other houses. It would be good to give critical thinking of the comments you received from "fellow realtors" before passing them along. There are many top notch realtors on this forum (NC is one of them), I bet none of them would have this type of silly opinions.

I really enjoyed it too. Brought a smile to my face. I sort of have an imposter here. My Manx walks and runs much like a rabbit at times and with that stumpy tail, she looks rabbitish from the south side. She's been unusually affectionate lately. Hanging SUPER close. Got me wondering if she's one of those "death predicting" critters.... sooooo if I'm not back, you'll know who predicted it! :)

I have a very thick [long] haired Himalayan and she, like your Manx, Cynic...has the same bunny characteristics. Especially...when she goes down the stairs. Funniest thing I've ever seen and following her down the stairs every morning is a great way to start every day.
