anyone out there? emergency help with tenderloin!

I have two huge trimmed and tied tenderloins for dinner. One 4 lbs and one 5.

They appear to be folded completely in half lengthwise and tied up. Like taking a snake and folding him so his face meets his tail...sorry, the only analogy I could think of.

Do I cook them and cut and serve this way? It doesn't seem right. I like a nice thick cut of meat - am I out of my mind?

How will it work if I cook them all doubled over - if someone gets a piec that isn't tied? Won't it fall apart?

Help!

STacy :-)
