Sending prayers and good thoughts for your friend and you.MY DIL is a brain tumor survivor of 23 years and also had a brain aneurysm(sp) that was caught in time in 1996,and just last year she had another B9 brain tumor on another part of her brain.Her Dr's are amazed about how much she's been and come through.

She has difficulties with memory,walking,she can walk,but if you don't know her you'd think she was drunk,and she gets very frustrated very easily.Yet bless her heart,she takes each day as it comes,and tries not to let it get her down.She even works part time doing elder care.

I want to thank all of you for your kind words and prayers. I am leaving early in the morning to tackle the 6 hour drive to go see her. I feel the need to do this.

My best friend has a brain tumor.she has had it for over four years.doctor can't operate.It is controlled by meds.When she feels extra good and get tired of her meds she stops takeing them.Guess what? she starts walking backwards and has the worse headachs.So back on the "meds"and away she goes.I might add she is 79 years old and believes in God.

I'm so sorry for your friend...I'll be keeping good thoughts and prayers going that it's an easy surgery and she'll be better then new in no time...Please keep us posted!!
