I'm reading a number of posts where you, your family or dear friend is facing challenges right now. Would you join me in extending your hand to reach out and send a power circle of prayers/positive wishes for everyone affected? Please share any details - my friend, me, dh, etc.

Maybe we could do this together and print this for those affected.

I am a longtime lurker and always say a prayer for all in need. I am grabbing Jan's hand and extending mine. Please keep my husband in your prayers, he is having additional tests done today for a lesion on his brain. Thanks! Jean

I could have sworn I posted here the other day, must have been one of those times my puter kicked off on me =( We have that problem fixed for the time being. Darn thing is overheating, so I had to venture into the attic to bring down a little box fan, tear the side off the case and set up the fan to keep it cool =) Sure, no problems all summer long, but as soon as winter gets here, it overheats =oP Anyhoo, I want to wait to find out who is sending to me, I like suprises! I wouldn't even mind if my first package was sent "annonymosly" =) If the person I am sending to wants to know, I will tell! DS and I will be going to see King Kong and do some last minute x-mas shopping tomorrow (pray for us! lol!) and I will be on the lookout for goodies for my pal =) A Blessed Yule to you all and Happy belated B-day SUMMER!!!

Ta da! I'm the 2007 Pal that Jeanne sent the card to, what a delightful surprise. I'll have to look up your town on a map to see where in SC you are Jeanne, my sweetie is opening a new facility in your beautiful state and I may be visiting the area occasionally. I was slammed right up to Christmas this year, so did not get a note to my new Pal - YET! Hello. I cant tell you how nice it is to see something positive for a change. Here are the specifications of the patch; -50 stitches wide, -any colour and size wool you like, -as long as you like and any patterns you wish, -and the needles need to be as close to the size of your little finger as possible. Thank you, cyn, and thanks to everyone for your kind prayers and energies... Here's an update: acc. to her DH, J. is moving in the right direction every day, evidently not hurting anywhere near as much, is back walking a bit, and if she keeps improving (it's a *long*, tricky process) over the next couple of days will get put on "the 5-day process" and then back home. Not sure what that last part means but I don't want to bother him. Basically, the direction of change is now positive. Heparin is a really tricky drug...I remembered that when I had my MI, I got clots in the vein in my arm where the heparin drip had been. Luckily, it was a superficial rather than a deep vein, so for some reason it either just dried up as a vein and my body worked around it (my memory is foggy but I do remember the hand guy saying something like that) or the clots resolved themselves without any help. But I remember the discomfort from just having clots in that small size vessel. And DD is pretty much back to normal -- the county and the camp have now decided to *close* the camp for now and investigate further, so no one else gets sick, because another group of campers who came in after us, *senior citizens* (for whom such a virus could be very serious--although any seniors who could go camping in central Oregon are probably tougher than I'll ever be : )), got sick too. Interesting to see public health at work. I'm just happy that DD wasn't nicknamed "barf girl" or anything when she went back on Friday : )

oh yes join me in,Im having a tough time accepting dialysis right now.I have to fight with myself to go.Im having problems with Blood pressure I get too low then they have to put me on oxygen.I have Phyllis' hand.

I have a great need, there is a 14 year old girl whose father goes to our church, and we have all been in prayer for her...she started with pneumonia and ended up on a heart and lung bypass machine doing all her breathing for her so she could heal, she has been unconciousness now for about 3 weeks, and she really needs our prayer, as well as her parents for strength, wont you help me please pray specifically for Lacey to be healed and her parents to have peaceful rest. thanks
