Yep, about the first 5-6 they called they were right on the money as far as Twinkie and I were concerned. I wish that they'd given Jordan (I think his name is) another chance to sing. The tall black guy that they said should try less pop-style songs and more Nat King Cole, etc. I liked his voice. I think he cooked his goose along with the little guy with the glasses for the way they treated Jacey at the beginning. Good thing Scotty apologized and sounded sincere about his part in it.

We're really enjoying the show this year. Jennifer and Steven together are really interesting and he has a killer sense of humor without being cruel with it.

Mr Harry Potter glasses looked the most shocked and disappointed that he was told he wasn't in the top ten, and even more disappointed when he wasn't chosen to sing again. I agree, he should have been nicer because he does have talent.

I don't agree with the judges first choice of the contestants they chose as a wild card. I don't know her name.... but she screamed her song and was very pitchy. I don't think she'll last long.

Alisande.. wild cards were Ashton, Stefano and Naima. I'm surprised too about the extra girl in the bunch.. I thought it should have been a guy.

I think they just totally threw away one of their wild cards on Ashton that girl butchered both songs she did on the show so far even the one for wild card.
I was very very disappointed that Lauren Turner, the gal from Louisiana, did not get that slot, they so loved her and her voice and kept saying now that is how you do it every time she sang. She is much better than Ashton.

Over all I like the top picks, America did a decent job of voting. As long as my fave Casey Abrams is in I am happy.

Yes, I was just about to post my surprise that Lauren Turner didn't make it. I read that she wasn't even in the running for a wild-card slot.

I like Ashthon and was glad she made it. But my 2 favorites are Scotty McCreedy and Laura Alaina. The odds makers have them as favorites.

I've heard the people that be are kicking themselves over Scotty McCreery and don't understand why he hadn't been scooped up before he got on American Idol. Even if he doesn't win he is going to have a great career. This bunch does seem to be the most talented bunch I've seen in a while. I don't usually watch the show much but peek in from time to time.
