basement - bathroom rough problems

I'm building out a two-part bathroom in a basement. The drain stubs are already there. The bathtub (5') will be in line with the toilet in the opposing room (both drains on far side of the common wall), and the total distance between the two drains is only 9'1". So I have a problem in the that the common wall would be too close to the front of the toilet.

Is this where the floor would need to get broken to move one of the drains outward? Customer does not want to break the floor, so I'm trying to find an alternative. Any options, besides eliminating the tub? (Do they make a tub with a center drain that doesn't have an overflow? - just wondering)
