DeLonghi and Toastmaster both make large tabletop convection ovens. They are both decent, especially for the price (generally less than $200).The DeLonghi is fancier and has some features that the Toastamaster doesn't have, but costs more. I have the Toastmaster in my new kitchen (it is the second oven) and it works just fine. Both are light enough to be readily portable, so thay can be stored out of the way and brought out for parties, holidays, etc. as needed. Both run on regular 117 VAC.

OK, here's a possibility. Go to the local sign or photocopy shop and have them print, in big, bold, plain(for stupids) writing, "There is a hidden surveillance camera" or omit the surv part if you live in an area with real, real stupids, "which is recording every move(ment)"!!!!OMG, my stomach really hurts. Plaster these signs INSIDE and outside the porta.. OOOOH, I have a great idea. Instead of 'violaters will be prosecuted... something like, violaters will be given a free, disposable, mop, plastic gloves, strong trash bags and YOU will be responsible for cleaning up your mess. Who defines what is a 'mess'? Your co-workers. If they don't think it's a mess, then they can help you clean it up. If the consensus agrees that it IS a mess, then the consensus (colleagues) can video your clean up activities!!!!This is so much fun! Thanks for the info. I checked the things mentioned and it looks good to meÂ. I got an email for my gc on Thurs night. Here is what he asked me followed by my response: Gc: "Do you have all the plumbing supplies?" Me "I have a dishwasher (previously installed in the old kitchen), 2 sinks and 2 faucets. The dishwasher was removed by your guys so I think it should have all the parts to re-install but I was not on site during removal so I do not know if any parts cannot be re-used. It is a MIELE dishwasher if that is at all helpful. The 2 sinks and the 2 faucets are brand new in the box so I assume that everything required is included. As you know, I am not a plumber so I cannot be positive about this. Should I review the contents of the faucet boxes and list them for you? Do I need anything else for the plumbing installation? If you want me to purchase something please tell me the exact name, size, quantity and I will try to source it. I do not have the shutoff valve for the fridge water line." Anything else I need to think of? TIA!!!

Any time you move plumbing you incur a greater cost than modifying it in it's current location. How expensive the costs are will depend on where the home main drain is located in relation to the new plumbing, which plumbing materials are used in the home (copper vs. CPVC vs. PEX), local requirements and permitting costs. Not to mention nasty discoveries below ground or behind walls that need to be figured into the contingincies. Moving the plumbing can cost anywhere from 5K up, depending on those factors listed above. I do know of a couple who'se plumbing bill was 35K for their remodel, and that did not even include replumbing the entire house. It did include replacing a septic system that was discovered to be failing. Additions by themselves are also pretty darn expensive, with kitchen additions running in the 100-150K very easily for even a moderately appointed addition.
