Well it looks like I'm job hunting again! My hours have been reduced to just 12 per week which is of no use to me so I have resigned and now I'm looking for another job ....*groan!
I had an interview yesterday which I felt was going really well. It was very relaxed and the interviewer (company director) was a very animated, easy person to talk to - until she said 'and what motivates you Deb?' Up til then the answers to her questions had just been flowing nicely but when she asked me that I just lost the plot and couldn't think of anything constructive to say! I don't even remember what I said ... just kind of mumbled and bumbled my way thru until she took up the reins again! I must have looked like a deer in the headlights - how embarrassing!
How would you answer "What motivates you?" in an interview situation? I'd really appreciate some help - oh yeah and it's for a part time Accounts/Payroll position.
Today I'm buying some Rescue Remedy to help keep me on an even keel - I get so nervous at interviews!
