I thought they made good choices tonight.

Russell took his last chance to again show his true colors.(Barff!!!) I actually feel embarrased watching him, and I'm so glad he is gone.

Matt was a real gentleman, and I'm thrilled that he won tonight.

One dissapointment was when Ralph told everyone about the idol. Then when he was going to show it at redemption -- he is looking dumber as he goes. Ralph and Phillip are a couple strange birds, aren't they!

I was sitting with some of my cats and my two dogs, and when Russell lost to Matt, I yelled and clapped my hands and freaked all the animals out. And little ol' Russell cried like a baby. He won't be able to get his revenge now, the little gnome. Loved it. Glad Christina went too, and hope Matt beats her. What the heck is up with Phillip? Who would be on a TV show in horrible baggie underwear?? And Ralph is a winner too...NOT.

"Wouldn't that rich food make you sick if you haven't eaten well for a while?"

Yes, it would. And it does. In the earlier seasons, they used to show the folks getting sick from the rich food. And they'd get sick (vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) not just because the food was rich, but because the folks would pig out and stuff themselves. So even if the food weren't all that rich, they'd simply eat too darn much for their systems to handle.

I guess the producers figure that by now everyone knows that the winning tribe gets sick from the food, so why show it when there's a bunch of other stuff going on that they can show....

Maybe they are not allowed to "keep" any food that they don't eat right away but to me, it just seems like instead of eating it all in one meal, it would be better to spread it out for a few days..........Being pigs isn't a good thing.

I felt sorry for Russell and I think that it was a dumb mistake on the part of the tribe.....They could get rid of Russell at any point and he is the only one with knowledge of the games and play of the games......He also would be way more valuable in a game than a couple of 90 pound girls......As long as they know what he is up too and he's pretty obvious, they could keep him in check....Game wise, I think it was a mistake.

I think they should have kept Russell just for numbers. Rob's team can't win a challenge with those 4 little girls. They had control of Russell. Oh well, I don't think it was smart.

I absolutely can't stand Ralph. He really needs to keep his damn shirt on, gag me. And he is every bit as cocky as Russell was, "I told you, I GOT THIS!" And that crowing thing, I have to turn the sound down.

Why don't they show how each person voted this year?

And wow, they were given entire tool boxes of stuff to use? They used to have rice only. No shelter, food, water, fire, TOOLS. What does everyone think of that? Sears got the nod for providing everything. Big money sponsors are needed I know, but they used to have to earn the stuff, not start out with it.

I thought they used to make a big deal out of food. Every season, we see contestants wolfing down something that is sure to make them sick later.

I just saw a new name "RussTroll". I almost felt bad for him when he started crying last night and then he acted like himself again.
