No amount of money would entice me to humiliate my family that way!
I can't believe people would go on the show knowing that all hidden secrets will be coming out. What idiots!

I always ask my DH if he wants to watch the "we're-getting-divorced show" cause I'm pretty sure that's what the last 3 shows have ended in. I figure they must want to tell their family these things since they already know what questions will be asked. Stupid.

I refuse to watch it. I've seen the previews and it would be like wasting my life watching Jerry Springer. I've only got so many years or days left and I refuse to spend any of it watching trash like that.

This show makes me cringe, and I will never watch it.

BUT, the contestants have all gone through the lie dectector exam before they are on the show. They KNOW what questions might be asked. If they choose, they could discuss their deep, dark secrets with their family. Most don't, and they deserve what they get. I have no sympathy for any of them.

They also have the option to stop the game at any time. If they are willing to destroy their relationships for money, well, so be it.

I won't watch, but many thousands will.

I can't believe that there are people who actually watch it! I saw a little of the first show and turned it off. Disgusting.

Overheard today as I was waiting for the eye doctor. One lady made a comment to another lady about what a sad state the morals of this country are in. Everybody knows it, but it still goes on.

Very true, Sue, it's pretty sad when even an 11 year old knows how disgusting this show it. My dd told me they shouldn't have a show like that when the commercial came on. That it would ruin families.

I don't believe for one minute that any of it is true...I think it is all set up for entertainment.

We watched it once...that was way too many times.

Another one that refuses to watch. Sure they say you can stop at any question..but if my DH was on there and refused to answer a question about having a girlfriend (Just an example) then I would believe the only reason he stopped was because he didn't want to tell the truth.

I have never watched "heard about it" and I will never watch it. I think it is horrible that people will go on there and basically sell out their lives for money at the expense of others...Stacy

I've watched it twice and can't imagine why anyone would put themselves or their families through that for any amount of money. I have a very suspicious nature about those kind of things. I always doubt that they're for real. Just my op.

Seems like people today would sell their souls to the devil for a few bucks!!

But for everyone of us that won't watch it,there are many who will,i can't understand why.

Wish they would take that,Jerry Springer,maury and those like them off tv.But we all know that ain't gonna happen.

That show is just the dregs of so-called "entertainment". It's all about ratings & I hope their's are in the gutter. How desperate can you get for the almighty buck???

I"ve never watched it, but I saw a clip from the show, today. I think that the spouses already know all this information. I don't think it's just sprung on them.

DH said he thinks its all scripted, that Yes ... the people know the questions beforehand, but he thinks they also are told what to answer. For those who don't win the big bucks, he thinks they're still getting paid a healthy "salary" to be on television.

I don't believe I could do it. Maybe I'd feel differently if someone waved $100,000 in my face or something, but I don't think so.

I don't understand watching it if you dislike it or can't understand why it is on TV. That's why. Because people watch. No amount of complaining about how despicable it is will get it off the air. You tuned in and that is all that matters. The producers are laughing all the way to the bank. What else could they possibly care about? You complain here and they are happy. And, the families, who are not so clueless as some viewers might think, are laughing in the bank. Those people aren't risking anything except 40 percent in taxes. Sensationalism is a major rule in marketing. It makes for great TV. It makes people complain..........and watch.

I personally do not watch it. It happened to come on the t.v. as I was sitting at the computer typing. After hearing a few of the questions, I did watch for a moment in utter disbelief.
I am not complaining about the show but wondering why this garbage is on t.v. Thank you so much for clearing things up for me bestlawn....

I watch it and enjoy it but i sure wouln't go on it. Can it be for real or are they actors.
