I am sitting here eating fresh baked Christmas cookies for breakfast and my back isn't out!

This year I learned to make my cookie dough two weeks ahead of time and you can just spend 2 hours baking off batches with no muss or fuss. What a concept! This is a life changing tip for me considering how my back acts up when I do baking marathons.

Fresh cookies and no back ache. Who knew???
