What colors go with SW Basket Beige?
Comments (6)My kitchen is 2 tone, SW Softer Tan on top and SW Basket Beige on the wainscoting - both are on the same color card. The foyer, hallway and living room are SW Svelte Sage while the dining room is SW Connected Grey - again, both hues on the same color card. I actually had a guy at my local SW store pick the kitchen colors for me. He has a wonderful eye for color and since he knew the colors in my dining and living rooms, I took in a tile from the kitchen and he pulled the rest together. Here's a pic of where the Svelte Sage hallway meets the kitchen - please ignore the trim. I still have to do a final coat of enamel in there....See MoreLooking for colors that go with SW Basket Beige
Comments (1)My Master Bedroom is Basket Beige. I have the main areas in my house painted in a color from the same strip as Svelte Sage. The color I used is mixed between Ancient Marble and Grassland, which are the 2 colors above Svelte sage on the strip. So I have the reverse of you - the green in the hall outside the bedroom. They seem to go together fine. I used a lot of colors from that strip in my house. One that I really like is the color Connected Gray, which is one below Svelte Sage on the strip. I had them mix it at 50% of the formula to lighten it up a bit, and I really like it. If the room your using doesn't have much or any natural light though, it might be too dark for you, depending on your taste. Hope that helps....See MoreHELP! Svelte Sage or Grassland
Comments (2)Of those two I would go with the lighter (Grassland). Our kitchen is Benjamin Moore 472 'Aganthus green'-not that different from Grassland but after sampling both it was just "right"....See Morewhat green SW paint color with SW Latte
