ABSOLUTELY! ITS AN ENZYME IN FRESH PINEAPPLE! COMBINED WITH BROWN SUGAR AND REAL BUTTER ITS THE PERFECT STORM TO DIGEST A HAM.we thought someone put cheese in the meat or it was bad..but it was just digesting in enzymes God it was awful.thank goodness I had more in the fridge.I. put pineapple and brown sugar no butter and took it with us we ate it within the hour so no problems.I should have known better because I use pineapple and strawberries for digestion and pineapple is an awesome anti inflammatory.

Here's zolablue's aunt's recipe for the sweet dough and the chocolate cinnamon rolls she made with it: Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls (Swedish Tea Ring, Orange Rolls, or Dinner Rolls) Refrigerator Rolls Makes 12 large rolls 1 Package active dry yeast 1/2 Cup lukewarm water (add pinch of sugar) Set aside. In large bowl: 2/3 Cup shortening 2 Teaspoon salt 1/2 Cup sugar 2 Eggs 1 Cup mashed potato 1/2 Cup milk (Aunt uses evaporated milk) 1/2 cup water potatoes cooked in 4 to 5 cups all purpose flour Mix first three ingredients; shortening, salt & sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat in. Add mashed potatoes, yeast, milk, potato water and mix. Add flour; three to four cups, mixing well adding enough more flour until dough can be handled and turned onto floured board. Knead well using as little flour as possible. Place in large oiled bowl, cover and let rise double. Knead lightly and cover, place in fridge until ready to use or overnight. For cinnamon rolls: If refrigerated, let bowl sit at room temperature for 30  40 minutes. Then roll out dough on lightly floured counter to roughly 12 x 18 inches. Brush on melted butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture and chopped cinnamon chips. Leave about 1/2" border. Roll dough and cut into 1 1/2" pieces and place in buttered baking pan. Let rise about 30 minutes. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Drizzle with icing and sprinkle chopped cinnamon chips. Filling: 3/4 Cup brown sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon 4 Tablespoons butter, melted 3/4 - 1 Cup cinnamon chips (chopped) - more to sprinkle over top Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing 4 Tablespoons butter, softened 8 Ounces cream cheese, softened 3 Ounces* Ghirardelli 62% bittersweet unsweetened chocolate morsels, melted (or chocolate; your choice) Dash of salt 3 Cups confectioners sugar 1/3 Whole Milk (approx  use enough to get desired consistency) 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract Cream together the butter and cream cheese. Add melted chocolate, salt, confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and spreadable. *Adjust chocolate amount if you are making part of the icing vanilla only. For my cinnamon raisin bread I used a bare 4 cups (maybe a bit less) of flour. It was just slightly tacky but very light and a pleasure to work with. I soaked the raisins to plump them (I don't like chewy raisins.) and patted them dry. After the first rise I patted the dough out, scattered the raisins over and kneaded them in. Divided the dough, rolled out to two rectangles about 10x12, brushed on beaten egg, and scattered the cinnamon-sugar. I got the basic proportions from Martha Stewart's Baking Handbook - 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 T. cinnamon, 2 T. water. I used my own vanilla sugar and a new kind of cinnamon for me - Tunghing. I love that stuff. I didn't use all the sugar-cinnamon mixture and I probably could have cut back a bit more, though I know DH is not going to complain. Roll up dough, put in greased pans. I brushed butter on the tops before covering with Saran and then brushed some of the remaining egg over the loaves before they went into the oven. I dropped the temp just slightly for convection - 400 degrees, and baked about 40 minutes, maybe a bit less, to an internal temp of 186-7. By the time the loaves sat a bit they were up to 190, which is perfect. This dough and the bread are definitely keepers. It's been a long time since I've baked a sweet dough like this. I know why. Glad they got there in time Ann, I was starting to worry! The weather out on the West coast has really slowed down delivery times.....talk about a close call! Moe, enjoy and Matt, you share with your Mom, although I know she isn't much of a pickle person so it won't be a huge hardship! ! Just putting , my Tourtieres in the oven. Up early, had breakfast, turned on the TV to get the latest news. Nothing good. Dozed off in the recliner. Got on the computer to pay my property tax. Site down for updating. Called the newspaper office; not open on Saturdays. Bummer. Played Free Cell for a while and my DD came in unexpectedly, bringing me GOODIES from the cupcake girl, who was supplying cupcakes for a celebration going on in town. Cream puffs, and cupcakes, and brownies, oh, my! Then my DGS stopped in to see what was involved in a "handyman" job I need him for. I bought a new recliner on Friday, and it is sitting in the middle of the living room, in 2 pieces. Did you know some recliners come in 2 pieces now? He also needs to get the old one out of the back room and dispose of it. He also brought me a couple dozen sweet potato mini muffins his DW had made. He was on his way to work. He will be back, some time. I did get a shower and wash my hair, and another little nap. Just as I went into the kitchen to fix myself something for dinner, I had a call from a DNephew, in California. Always good to hear from these kids and remind each other of back when. This was not a typical day for me, and how grateful I am when they happen. Cream puffs and helping hands, and a voice from afar. What could be better than that?
