Anyone ever rotisseried a rib roast?

I'm trying to figure out how to make my oven available for other things on Christmas. If I go with the slower roasting method of the roast, the oven is occupied for about 5 hours. I remembered that I have a Farberware counter-top rotisserie. I have the bone-in roast, which might be hard to balance.......but do you think that might work? Would it yield a tender roast? The roast is almost 6#. Thanks!
