Comments (5)I agree your dog is not comfy, keep an eye on her, and take her to the vet if you see changes in eating behavior. PS - you might want to go get your pet some kitty grass, this might help her feel better if she can get some grass in there to either help her vomit or help whatever it is pass. Good luck, hope your pup is okay...See Moremore excessive licking, help!
Comments (6)thanks for the responses everybody. lynne, i will check out the anxiety dog thread today. getting rid of this dog isn't an option. in her own way, she loves him and considers him part of the family even though a baby gate separates them much of the time. :( amy called and talked to her vet but as any good vet would, he suggested she bring him in to be checked and wouldn't give her a diagnosis over the phone. she has yet to take him in. :( and no meghane, she did not research the breed. they've just always loved bulldogs, or more correctly, the LOOK of bulldogs so when this guy came along, she jumped at the chance....See MoreAir licking

My best advice would be to try and get this behavior on video, it will help the Vets in diagnosing....See MoreWhat makes my dog lick everyone so much?
Comments (4)This is why I love these forums. What I don't see, others will see about my situation. Thanks, jazmymnsmom. I think you have hit on something there. We rotate homes when we quilt, and I have had the group since Aug.l. It started then, and like you say the more I said about it the worse it got. (really I was embarrassed, their dogs are so goooood) Also, we have had an extra lady join group and I feel pressure getting all quilts made by Christmas. He may be feeling my nervousness. Dogs pick up on everything. We have been to obedience school, he does obey but he will not sit for long periods or stay for long periods. The instructor said that was the daschaund breed. Maybe. We went twice to 2 different trainers and it didn't get better. I am going to try the bitter apple (call my friends first) as that is a cool idea. I don't know why I didn't think of it except I have been so flustrated by this all and embarrassed....See Moremazer415
