I would recommend Gertrude Jekyll for colder zones. It is very hardy. I don't have too much trouble with blackspot in my no spray zone 5a garden although Lady Emma Hamilton sure gets some. Mary Rose is also good. Rugosa roses such as Pierette Pavement or Foxy Pavement are another alternative. Hardy Buck roses like Earth Song or Country Dancer are also hardy and disease resistant but, like rugosas, do not have old fashioned bloom form. Easy Elegance roses are also disease resistant.

Depends: How fast do you want it? Do you plan to stay in house for more than a few years? Are you willing to wait until the end of the year or January? If willing to wait for long lead time, then Medallion Silverline. KraftMaid, you can get more quickly. Medallion and Kraftmaid are like Chevy and Ford. Both good mid-grade, mid-priced. J&K and Ideal Cabinetry are both fast but limited sizes only. Great for resale or flipping. Sometimes they can be hard to find dealers in your area.

Our kitchen is almost the exact same size and layout as yours, except we will also have a double wall oven cabinet on the other side of the fridge, and where you have the 3 lowers on the half wall, we will also have two uppers with glass doors and a wine rack in between.
