Thanks for sharing, but we need more views of the kitchen - I could not find a cooktop or an oven. I'm sure they're there somewhere, but I could not figure out the work triangle. Also, I did not see any bedrooms or bathrooms, and I know they're there too! I like that you have an informal breakfast area plus a more formal dining area. It looks like the semi-formal dining area is not a separate room (Mine isn't either). I used to prefer formal dining rooms that had four walls, but my taste has changed. Traffic flow is a lot easier when it is more open. I'll also be interested to see how it looks in six months or so after you have redecorated. What state are you in? Lars
