NANCY, I am so happy that your MISSISSIPPI MAN bloom opend wide for you today as its such a gorgeous bloom and a big one, too.,hope you post a picture of it for us. Now to go water mine, as its 90 outside,not looking forward to the heat out there., but, who knows, maybe its what my painful body needs to feel better. jean

Maryl, I hope the next flowers deepen more like I've seen. Mine is planted in full all day sun. Sarah, Judy in the Sky is one of my many favorites :) As much as anything I like the way the scapes seem to group together, nice & tall. Debra, I'll have to look closer, but I've never noticed diamond dusting, but you are definitely right, it should be with that name! I really like the pattern on Butterfly Moon, I should enlarge a photo of it & hang it on my wall :) Mantis, so far I don't know how well Bluegrass Memories will hold up. I'll let you know in a few days. Today was its first bloom & it has been overcast all day, plus a real downpour just a few minutes ago. Easter Egg Hunt holds up really well though, looks as good at the end of the day as it does in the morning, but of course, it doesn't have that rich color that tends to fade so much. I would like the color of Citrix to get a bit darker, but will be happy if it stays this color too. Too bad it isn't a vigorous grower, I hope it will do ok here. At least it overwintered, I moved a lot of daylilies last fall-didn't divide just dug the clump-& several came back much smaller this spring. I guess the harsh winter didn't set well after being moved. I was happy to see that all the ones I purchased survived the winter. Thank you Jean, I really like the blue eyed daylilies, I don't have but 3 or 4 I think, & this is different from any of them. I'll be interested to see how well it holds up in the sun. I was pleased that it wasn't blotchy & opened nicely.
