How to start bread tonight and finish tomorrow?

I would like to start making bread tonight, put it in the refrigerator overnight, and finish the process in the morning. Seems like I would have fresh bread in time for lunch. Not sure at what step to put it in the refrigerator? Preferably early in the process as I'll be full of energy in the morning. I'm looking for a basic white bread recipe.
