Tim and MangoDog I went back to the nursery to buy a few trees. The name of the nursery is Rodriguez Nursery located in Chino. I bought 3 - 15gal mangoes, $78 each and a huge Cherimoya tree for $68. They have a lot of tropical fruit trees. About 5 acres. Tons of Mangoes. They weren't labeled very well. I know two of them are grafted Valencia Pride. All of the plants look very healthy. I have pic but don't know how to post them on this forum. Hope that helps.

My sewing room evolved from a bedroom, and a wall with 2 dressers, a bookcase and desk that provided me with storage. I have my Janome set on a drafting table against another wall. With a new machine to set up I decided to eliminate the desk under the window as my machine had a shelf that made it too tall. It was replaced with a 40"X30" folding table, a cutting mat beside it and under which I put 2 rolling carts with draws. Next to it and the other machine I have another smaller folding table that adjusts to the ht. I like, where I have a pressing mat and a 18'x12" cutting mat. I find this indispensable. On a 3rd. wall I have a commercial cutting table 34"tall, 12" center with folding sides. My room is only large enough to have one open. On that I have a large cutting mat (and lots of everything else) I use this for major cutting but like the little one better for many things. My drafting table also has 2 rolling carts with draws and the cutting table has a file cabinet and a more rolling storage which will be replaced sometime. The 4th wall has industrial shelving with sweater boxes filled with fabric. No room for an ironing board to be set up all the time. I think the commercial cabinets are useful but I like my arrangement for the room that I have. A bigger room would be wonderful but not realistic for me. I also use a drafting chair. Jayne

The downside to not having a buyer's agent is that you have to DIY with regards to finding a property, evaluating comps, negotiating the deal and completing the paperwork. None of this is rocket science, but there are some pitfalls to be aware of. The significant upside to not having a buyer's agent is that in multiple offer situations, the seller's agent is likely to advocate on your behalf with the seller because the seller's agent makes more money if you are the buyer. If not comfortable completely doing it yourself, I would suggest searching the properties yourself and then involving a buyer's side agent for the specific property in question while being sure to negotiate a rebate from the buyer's agent to you given that you have already done the time consuming search process yourself.

Hello. I'm looking into buying a Rizzy Mojave series rug for my southwestern style home. Have any of you ever bought a wool Rizzy rug, and if so, what has your experience been with it?
