So, how did the Moon treat you up in Kanata? As the Sun set behind me in the West, the Autumn Moon rose pale o'er the Mountains of the East.... Romain for the win! Yes, that is drawer liner that I use to cover the holes in my pots! It works so well. In the past, I've used window screen, too (which Nancy mentioned). Josh

Here's some of my favorits so far this year Mystical rainbow, first year for this one, and its just amazing Same for this one, im really impressed, just love it so far Oh- it's Raptor Rap Baracuda Bay very pretty flowers, just not many of them yet. Caprician Fiesta -always out does it's self At first Blush - I think this is my absoulte favorite pink that I have. Just so elegant and pretty. Pumpkin Perfect- the color of orange sherbert mouth watering! Trahlyta- Very pretty bloom, low bud count this year Watchyl Digital Scream - still only a double fan, but has been blooming for two weeks already-sorry this one's sideways. In my experience here in zone 5 I planted a few maybe 5 seeds one spring in the ground about 6 years ago and have had moon flowers in various places in my yard ever since. They are annuals here but reseed. They fasinated me because you can actually watch the rather large fragrant flower bloom over a matter of about 20 minutes. It unfolds and is about 3-5 inches across and probably 5 inches or so long. The main plant I should say the one that is the largest this year is next to my compost pile (go figure) and the plant is about 3 feet tall by 5 feet wide with numerous flowers that point somewhat upward the weight of the flower pulls it down alittle. If anyone is interested in seeds I will send for a sase. Email me. As stated earlier they are poisonous.
