SO IMO not Tudor except for the trim do take it off then see what the house looks like IMO it will be a lot better. Then dark bronze windows a darker color for the rest of the ecterior not the brick and IMO no grids since that exterior is already busy even without the trim. Keep that round window on the right lose the octogon and then that entry needs some huge fix and what yard you have needs lanscaping.

As long as the plumbing isn't in a slab you can move it. I won't say easily or cheaply because that depends on things we can't see, but the current arrangement is so dysfunctional I don't see the point in keeping it. I agree with Patricia that you should probably be thinking of a way to split this into two baths instead of keeping this extra large footprint. Ideally you should engage an architect to rethink the floorplan entirely. Granted this will probably be more expensive than what you were planning, but this was a misfire from day one. Don't restrict yourself to this crazy design.

Pal, does the oyster close or stay fixed? I have my mother’s charm bracelet. One charm is a mailbox, and inside is a tiny rolled-up letter from my dad that says ”I love you, you beautiful doll.” I used to take it out and looo at it a lot when I was a kid; I found it fascinating somehow. I’m afraid to remove the paper now; it might fall apart. I’m guessing it’s about 65 years old. I think there is also a silhouette with my birthdate on it. I should look at it again and see if I want to remove any charms and repurpose it/them. There is also a tiny typewriter — my mother went to secretarial school.

The history of attempted sales and rentals is interesting, especially if you look at what it looked like on the inside: https://condos.ca/pricehistory?buildingId=389&addressId=275672&suiteNumber=301&bedTypeNum=-1 It got this woody look in 2016, and has been attempted to be sold or rented multiple times since then.
