you can set it up how ever you want it at the top right corner there is a clickable link Edit this Page click that and you have all kinds of options there. You can pick and choose what to have on the page, the layout, etc.

Now I've got it. When I tried before I took the Thunderbird image of the email with the picture incorporated. This could not be saved as a ".jpg". But, when I double clicked on the attachment icon, a new Thunderbird window was opened and it contained only the picture. When I right-clicked that image and picked [save as] the default format was .jpg. The immage thus obtained is clearly optimized for email, low quality resolution, 640x490 pixels, about 300K pixels. Nice for email, not so good for making prints from, albeit one of the 4x6" prints may be okay.
