you drive them up to my house, that's what you do with them! they're gorgeous - i like the idea of turning them on end for a ladder-like trellis - you could also use a vertical fence for multiple hanging pots w/misc garden bling kathy & scully - our town has hoa's, but not our neighborhood - we, and other neighbors, refer to our housing area as the slums of C*** or the C*** ghetto b/c we have ordinary weeds and ordinary cars and ordinary front doors, etc - one of our neighbors across the yard is a poster child for why HOAs are beneficial - but i can so see the HOA nazis, the really hateful ones, being eaten by aliens :-) those panels are what i hope to accomplish with our old fence panels - we're slowly replacing them - with two level panels, i hope to cut off two feet at the bottom, remove every other picket, give them a rough coat of white paint, then create a fenced entrance where the side yard (with all white garden) meets the full back yard i look forward to seeing your final project, too ~ freshair

They tend to carry diseases as well, I'll look into the traps......I do have one that we have used to round up the ferals but it's a standard live trap. sammyqc- NEVER feed animals (dogs, cats) outside or in the evening.....My laundry room is in the garage and it took about 4 months to get Angel to consent to eating in there, she still doesn't like it much, but when she got hungry enough............. vaccinium_hound- Like I said, I don't mind skunks, just don't want em under my house..No need to resort to violence ;o) digdirt- Been there done that (search) every time I tried a link it came up missing file (but I did have a fine list) I will try again thanks ddsack - Haven't had a problem in the garden (yet) but it is in the area where the dogs are and there are a few nieghbors 'close' that have unprotected gardens they seem to prefer. I haven't called animal control because last yr when we had 3-4 dogs (dumped, strays.....?) that started harassin' the area livestock, we were told just to shoot them, they didn't have time to come down to take care of them.....So, we (various neighbors) did...Not fun....Needless to say, waste of my time callin' about this....I was at the other end of my house yesterday trying to pitch mothballs in......(not a pretty sight) and as soon as I'm sure it's out that hole is sooooo gonna be plugged...Don't start me on why it's not, it's not easily seen and last summer (early) when I say something to my DH he blew me off and said it was taken care of..sigh....... I FINALLY got to watch it online this morning. (We got home from our trip last night at almost midnight). Philip didn't bother me at first the last time, but he really got on my nerves after awhile. The pink "tightie whities" are so offensive I can't stand it. And in his first season he just had to play the race card which I despised. And I can't stand the bullying crap. Cochran is all that. I give him all sorts of props for trying it again. If ever there was a person completely inept for survivor it's him, and yet he came back to try again. I still like Malcolm and I like Erik. Not much to see or like on the fans tribe. Can not stomach the "cool kids" that fireman thinks he's special. Ugh, I hate cocky smart ass people. The Marine? Seriously, he's a Marine? Could have fooled me. Lazy @ss. Two of my brothers were Marines. A Marine doesn't sit there and watch everyone else work, no way, no how! First impression of the bearded guy....I liked him. And the couple girls on the beach seemed o.k. They should get rid of Andrea, and the little girl with the long dark hair. They both flirted and schemed, dangerous combination. For now I'm Team Favorites!

Fish tacos with a creamy cilantro sauce? A chowder? We make chicken taco salad w/ leftover chicken. I bet that tuna would be good. Drape a flour tortilla over some crumpled tinfoil and bake 10 min. for bowl. Fill w/lettuce, vegies, beans, meat, cheese...whatever... and top w/ salsa and sour cream.
