Ok, ok..I am givning in! I am on the prowl for either those birds or a couple of green singing finches. Jojo, you just made me realize how much I miss hearing the singing of birds in my home.lol It made winetr go by so much better than the dead silience in my home. I think I know who named those birds..lol. Such cute names that only a kid or two can come up with. I would love for you to raise them along side of us, all the way to the brood, hatchlings, and babies. I would love that Jojo since I have a thing for birds. Holley your beautious md. pink camellias remind me of my light pink Debutante camellia right now, very full of blooms. Only your cam leaves are a lot darker green. Mine sometimes bloom as early as October, but since we had such a warm Indian Summer,they waited until temps cooled off to bloom.Here's a bloom I picked last night in the dark. I went out and a hummingbird chirped at me from the bush whilst I was picking the flower--it did not fly away... No snow here in Temecula. We have had snow here before, just a couple inches, but it is rare. Snow on Nov 1985 (before we lived here), January 2002, and Nov 2004. All snow was gone in hours. The temps get down to thirties and twenties (I've seen it in the high teens too, in my backyard), but it is usually clear then so no snow. Becky

Oh so cold, but what beautiful images freezing temperatures can bring. Not only that, but maybe the low temps will knock back any chilli thrips that were getting a foothold. I am so glad that you loved your stuff! I had so much fun collecting for this swap the last so many months, and now that it is over, I feel sad! Oh well, I will have to get my fix looking for tomato seeds! I hate how the stores and tv bring on Christmas so early, like the after Labor Day, and then as soon as it is 11:59 pm on Christmas night, everything just ends and there are no more Christmas movies on tv, the radio stops playing Christmas music, you see Valetines Day stuff out on the 26th, and that is depressing. They rush it here so fast, why can't they atleast hold on to the Christmas celebration atleast until New Year's. Anyway, my tree is staying up for a while! From Donna I got!
