Heh heh kidding, they're sweet but I was entranced by yours when I saw them in the kitchen forum.....can you tell us how they were made? I love them!

I've got a bunch of ice cream chairs in the water tower rusting away....I'm thinking they would be gorgeous sprayed with a big pot in the seat :).

Thank you igloo and Holly. All I did was use a wire brush to remove the loose rust. There wasn't much since they were in pretty good shape. Washed them with the hose. Dried them off. Spray first with Rustoleum Rust Converter spray. Next spray whatever color you want with Rustoleum 2x spray. I used 4 pieces of wire to hold the planter baskets but I think I am going to try the chicken wire as it holds them up higher in the seat. A lot of folks simply fasten chicken wire to the seat in a bowl shape and line it with the moss or coco mat. Avoids the need for a basket . I didn't know this till I got to looking at the pics. Will try that on my next ones. I am going to make a whole bunch of these !!
