Dumb question about diet/weight loss

I exercise about 3-4 times a week. I take 2 kickboxing classes (1 hour each), 1 Dance class, then either walk outside (2 miles) or do some cardio at the gym. I've been taking the kickboxing classes for about 3 years (about 6 months off during pregnancy & recovery) The class is VERY intense and changes every 6 weeks so it's not the same routine all the time.

So the exercise is not the issue. I have not lost any weight in that time, probably gained a little, so basically must be eating like crap-way too much right? intaking more calories then burning right?

Teresa-who TRIES to eat better, but must not be doing a good job!
