What a beautiful rainbow. With the many trees around here it's impossible to see more than a part of one.

I have a nice musk rainbow that is about 7' tall in my backyard. It is by far my favorite plumeria! I have two cuttings that I am working on rooting now. They should be ready to go in a few weeks. That's a lot of loss for you in such a short time. There are no comforting words I can give. What I have experienced after the loss of a dog is to get another as soon as you can, not to replace the dog you lost, but to add more joy & smiles to you and your family and to sweet Sasha. Get a breed you're familiar with. We never did that until we lost DH's dog, and a week later we went to the OKC Humane Society where we got these tiny little brothers who grew up to be big horses. Love them dearly. I do think the humane society charges exhorbitant prices though.

where you are.. might dictate how it performs... big city name... shrubs.. like trees.. really never stop growing.. sooner or later they need to be pruned or rejuvenated ... your comment about he perfect size for your spot.. means to me.. that it will eventually outgrow that space ... which isnt really a big deal.. as long as you are aware that you may need to be proactive in the future.. but it does beg the question.. are you skipping other things that might provide more food.. because you want to jam this one in the pot... perhaps you can get a better plant.. if you figure out how to rework the whole area ... for a better performer.. perhaps a new post.. with pix of what is there and what your goals are.. will get you ideas outside the box you are already sitting in.. ken
