stew.....spaghetti...tacos....fish....rouladen....eggs....sub sandwich.....roast chicken....greek salad, rice and pork.

Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy and some raw veggies and fruit.

Boring, boneless skinless chicken breasts, Kraft mac and cheese, some veggie? and canned peaches.

Homemade chilli, rice with veggies and rolls.

I walked to the store yesterday and bought all kinds of fresh veggies to make a stir fry tonight. I am going ot use cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, red and green pepper, carrots, zuchinni and fresh bean sprouts. I have some uncooked frozen shrimp in the freezer with the shells on so I might cook up some of those to toss in as well.

Last night I had another of my big salads with lots of sliced strawberries tossed in and some shredded cheese and some left over pieces of pork roast.

I love my veggies and I can just feel my body say "yay, nutrients" LOL

I have been on a meat kick for the last couple of weeks but that is over now. All I want is veggies.

Pork loin that has been marinating in a teriyaki sauce overnight (a new recipe) along with brown rice and some green beans in a little sesame seed oil.

We're having what I call Swiss steak. Pieces of round steak are now in the slow cooker simmering in Stewed tomatoes.

Not sure what kind of potatoes to have...

Spaghetti, garlic bread and a green salad full of fresh veggies.

thin pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. Peaches or pears.

Oooh pattico, I love to have mashed potatoes with your version of Swiss steak. Yummy!!!!!

last night I made country style ribs in the pressure cooker with teriyaki sauce...threw in some fresh green beans. It was soooo good.....tonight we'll have what's left of that. I made alot! I have been trying to make a running list of meals that we like and haven't had in awhile to give me ideas now and then. Sometimes I just go blank trying to think about the meals for the week. Hate getting in a rut!

Cod loins.....that's as far as I have gotten! LOL

scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. It's been a bad couple of days and I'm too whupped for anything else. But sometimes simple foods like that are the best for comfort :-)

We just ate: Pork loin, homemade Mac and cheese, crowder peas, cornbread, pear salad..no dessert. I just want to go to sleep now!

This evening we had baked pork chops, Uncle Ben's Wild and Brown Rice, green beans and a vegetable salad. It was lucious.
