Velleen, I need an e-mail address that is working. I just replied to the e-mail you sent me and it keeps sending it back undeliverable.

Do you still have the name and address of the person who didn't follow through with the last swap? Do you mind sending it to me? There are some new people signed up on this swap and I just want to make sure they haven't signed up for this one too. Thanks.

Thanks Lynda, anyone else have any information on deadbeat swappers? I'm making a list and passing it on to the next swap organizer.

I kinda figured out it was you, anyway, when you finished your post with "Fran," Fran. :) At any rate, we both thought highly of Katie. I actually hadn't talked much with her since shortly after that swap. I'm not one to be pushy, so I figured maybe she was just busy or wanted her privacy... Usually, if I send an email or two and don't get one back, I just don't send any more unless I have a specific reason (such as that I have something I think will be of specific interest to someone). Sure is sad, though, to think that none of us will get the chance again. Jeff

Rain questions regarding the swap

Here's the deal. All of the picnic and conference facilities are booked so there isn't anywhere else to have the swap. We're going rain or shine as usual so bringing some rain gear ain't a bad idea! On the other hand, they've predicted thunderstorms the last two days and we haven't had squat. As far as the food goes...Tim & Cindy have a tent/awning thing that they are going to let us use to cover the food so it doesn't get wet IF it rains. We can't all get under it to eat though. But keep positive thoughts!!! In all the years of having the swap twice a year, we've only had rain ONCE. If you believe in the power of prayer as I do then by all means join me in praying that we have a fantastic rain-free day. Don't let a little isolated liquid sunshine keep you from coming. Even if it does rain, it shouldn't be but a short isolated deal. The rain that's in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas right now is VERY light.

Kathleen, I didn't sign up, but thought I might help with Velleen. With the weather here in Ohio, she may not have internet right now. If I remember right, her's is an AOL acct, so if she doesnt' have phone email won't work, either. Give her another try tomorrow.

Yes I got the info. My email now is velleen07@neo.rr.com I guess you know now who it was. I will find her address and send that also. Any good KTer won't be like that. I have so many really great exchanges.

I think maybe the dot between neo and rr shouldn't be there. Why don't you have Velleen send you an email and you reply to it?
