Comments (3)I'm thinking the divorce was final towards the end of 2009. Maybe it's just me, but this seems like a contradiction.... Unmarried persons. You are considered unmarried for the whole year if, on the last day of your tax year, you are unmarried or legally separated from your spouse under a divorce or separate maintenance decree. State law governs whether you are married or legally separated under a divorce or separate maintenance decree. Divorced persons. If you are divorced under a final decree by the last day of the year, you are considered unmarried for the whole year. Comments (21)the gutters would look so much better in a copper color, especially w/that Jade color. anyway you can get them painted (or don't know if you're getting new ones) you could do the bronze/copper, or a brighter copper, address numbers and copper window boxes (You can order copper sheeting and make these yourself. or just paint a copper color. but the real stuff patinas w/time. I have a roll of super thin real copper. it's not difficult to work with) for the front door, I'd do the jade color, or even a lighter jade. If you don't want green on the trim, How about one of these Bronze colors? for the garage door I think any of the 3 would look nice some other color palettes...See MoreUpdating Exterior on 70s Home
Comments (11)UPDATE: We removed the shrubs (minus one which we will tackle next weekend because we weren't sure if we wanted it or not) and the tree on the right and it opens it up so much and shows the dimension of the house a lot more! I was actually thinking Urbane Bronze for the paint color, ill include some pics below. With maybe black trim. And now you guys are making me consider leaving the rounded windows but replacing the glass in them hmmmm. We are leaving the tree on the left for now as it provides shade over our kids rooms in the hot summer and our "AC" sucks because of our insulation. For the one that asked about trees out back, we have 5 acres so lots of trees they are just setback pretty far from the house. Most the trees you see in the below pic behind the house are ours. (all on the to do list) lol Urbane Bronze Inspo...See More- 13 years ago
