Those who use the 'better than Pam Spray' pam coating

Okay I've been intrigued by this for a while, but have a couple of questions:

1. how long will it "last" ... i.e. will it go bad?

2. I like to use Pam Olive Oil, Butter Flavor and regular. Can I make this with all...do I need to?

3. Have you used it when you "Fry" foods? Like making Scrambled eggs. Does it work for cooking and baking I guess is what I'm trying to ask here.
