caiq I have Daltile Continental Slate installed in back door tiny powder room area that gets lots of traffic - I had GW resident tile expert on here Bill V help with the decision about what would be best suited for this application. Because Continental slate is a Porcelain tile it is bullet proof - Very happy with our choice & it actually looks better irl Brazilian green

Okay, looked up the definition of warm and cool colors. I would have to say by the description I read that it is cool. I am not a yellow or orange person which are warm colors, and I think this is a very CALMING color. It doesn't have a pastel undertone. I just painted my adjacent room sherwin williams Latte. We don't prefer tans, but it does flow nicely from the hampshire gray.
